Atlanta, Ga. – RightCount earned its second major legal victory in Georgia, as the State Supreme Court announced this afternoon that it will allow the Oct. 17 Fulton County Superior Court ruling by Judge Thomas Cox Jr. to remain in place through the election.

Former North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory hopes to be a resource for people who are skeptical of North Carolina’s election results. That’s why McCrory has agreed to work with Right Count, an nonprofit organization that aims to educate the public about the voting rules and procedures in battleground states. McCrory chairs the group’s efforts in North Carolina.

The ruling came in response to claims from Fulton County election board member Julie Adams, who sought to avoid certifying the 2024 presidential primary results due to personal concerns. The judge clearly stated that the law mandates certification by county election boards and rejected Adams’ argument.
