PRESS RELEASE: RightCount Pennsylvania Expands Leadership Advisory Council Ahead of 2026 Midterm Elections

 Harrisburg, PARightCount Pennsylvania today announced the expansion of its Leadership Advisory Council as the organization ramps up its work preparing for the 2026 midterm elections. The expanded council builds on RightCount’s ongoing efforts to educate voters, elevate trusted community voices, and reinforce confidence in Pennsylvania’s secure election procedures and outcomes.

 Joining the Leadership Advisory Council are Joe Steber, Strategic Director of Concerned Citizens for America, and Bill Quinn, a Business Development Consultant with ties to Pennsylvania’s business and civic communities. Their addition reflects RightCount’s continued commitment to engaging respected local leaders who can effectively communicate with voters across the Commonwealth.

As Co-Chair of RightCount’s Pennsylvania operations, former Congressman Lou Barletta emphasized the importance of trusted, community-based messengers in restoring and sustaining confidence in elections.

“Elections are strongest when voters hear directly from people they know and trust in their own communities,” said Barletta. “As we look ahead to the 2026 midterm elections, RightCount is committed to focusing on voter education, clearly explaining how our election systems work, and reinforcing confidence in the procedures and safeguards that ensure every lawful vote is counted. Expanding our Leadership Advisory Council allows us to continue building trust at the local level, where it matters most.”

RightCount’s Leadership Advisory Council in Pennsylvania now includes:

  • Former Congressman Lou Barletta, RightCount Co-Chair – Luzerne County
  • Former Governor Mark Schweiker, RightCount Co-Chair – Bucks County
  • Joe Steber, Strategic Director, Concerned Citizens for America – Carbon County
  • Bill Quinn, Business Development Consultant – Monroe County
  • Toni Chase, U.S. Navy Veteran – Cumberland County
  • Bob Hackenberg, Chief Compliance Officer – Monroe County
  • Brian Haughton, Fire Department Lieutenant – Delaware County
  • Liz Cavanaugh, Realtor – Chester County
  • Christina Lackzo, Director of Operational Excellence – Chester County
  • Selena Ling, Small Business Owner – Cumberland County
  • Jim Mulligan, Attorney – Lackawanna County
  • Gina Suydam, Small Business Advocate – Wyoming County

Through ongoing research, education, and community engagement, RightCount Pennsylvania will continue to elevate credible messengers, highlight election safeguards, and support election officials as they carry out their sworn duties, ensuring voters are informed and confident heading into the 2026 midterms.
