Phoenix, AZ — RightCount Arizona today announced the expansion of its Leadership Advisory Council, adding a diverse group of civic, business, and community leaders committed to strengthening public confidence in Arizona’s elections.

Grand Rapids, MI: RightCount, an organization dedicated to educating citizens and rebuilding trust in Michigan’s secure election system, today announced the launch of its Michigan-based team and operations. The effort will be led by chaired by Kent County Clerk and former Michigan State Representative Lisa Posthumus Lyons.

 With elections right around the corner, former Governor Pat McCrory, Chair of RightCount North Carolina, joined local leaders in touring the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections facility. The tour spotlighted election security best practices and procedures at the facility. Mecklenburg County is currently testing all 5,000 of its voting machines by hand, a process necessary because the machines don’t connect to the internet.
